one. Pipe Preparing
Clean the gasket sealing area inside 16mm of the hole and inspect the sealing surface visually for problems that could stop proper sealing of the gasket. Never drill the gap on weld line.
2. Eliminate burrs
Take away any burrs or slug just before set up to protect the gasket and avoid leakage.
3. Gasket&Housing Installation
Insert the gasket into outlet housing and make sure the tab in the gasket line up with the tab recessing in the housing. Align outlet housing above the pipe hole creating positive that the locating collar is in the pipe gap.
four. Alignment
Align the strap about the pipe, insert the bolts and tighten the nuts.
5. Tighten nuts
Alternatively and evenly tighten the nuts to the specified bolt torque.
6. Set up full
There should be even gaps on two sides amongst the upper and reduced housings.
